Introducing the world's first in-car camera mount specifically designed for the private investigation industry. This innovative mount enables you to capture steady, hands-free video from inside your vehicle. The Mount easily attaches to your vehicle's steering wheel, securely holding heavier handheld cameras. The adjustable arm allows you to position the camera at the perfect sightline, and with its smooth ball head movement, you can adjust and aim the camera precisely at various angles, ensuring accurate filming at any distance.

The Mount attaches to your vehicle's steering wheel using two hooks and a clamp. To secure it in place, apply slight pressure to the hooks, allowing them to grip the wheel firmly. Next, twist The Mount forward and extend the clamp as far onto the wheel as possible. Manually tighten the clamp to secure its position. With these three connection points, The Mount remains stable and will not slip or come off the steering wheel.

You can then adjust the “magic arm” and set it to the desired eyeline you wish your camera to be at. Now, you can attach your camera to the ball head. If you need to make any adjustments to the arm, do so at this stage. You can use the ball head tension to precisely aim your camera at the desired spot. Ensure the ball head is tightened so that the weight of the camera does not shift it out of position.

To remove The Mount, simply follow the steps outlined above in reverse order.

Take steady video and have your hands free to do other things.  Film while you eat, drink, take notes, send emails, or browse on your phone—anything!

Using the included Strap, you can take hands-free video through any window in your vehicle - including the rear window. 

You can use The Mount like a traditional tripod outside of the vehicle. 

The Mount’s ball head has an Arca Swiss base and plate.  The included plate can be used with any device compatible with Arca Swiss plates, and you can attach any Arca Swiss plate to The Mount.

The Mount can be paired with the Klever Quick Release Plate System, which will provide a quicker and easier attachment and removal of your camera. 

*Pro Tip: If you set the ball head tension appropriately, it will not only keep your camera in place but also allow for slight adjustments to the camera angle as needed. Loosening and tightening the ball head while trying to make small adjustments can be challenging, especially when aiming your camera at a long distance. Having the option to apply just a bit of pressure for slight angle adjustments makes getting perfect hands-free video that much easier. *

It may be obvious, but you can NOT operate the vehicle with The Mount attached to the steering wheel.
